We’ll need you to send us details of your current hosting control panel or SFTP/FTP (if applicable) and your domain control panel login (if you want us to edit your DNS records for you).

We use GoCardless to take payments via direct debit each month. We’ll send you a link to sign up to the required plan which takes less than 2 minutes to set up.

We’ll get you set up on our CRM platform once you sign up with us. Here you’ll be able to raise change requests or request custom development work. This will also be where Invoices will be sent to when we take your payments each month.

We will approach every request in a reasonable and fair way, however there are some requests which will not fall under our routine maintenance offering. These include, but are not limited to;

No, we bill you on a monthly rolling plan, which can be cancelled any time with 30 days notice.

We are available for requests between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (UK Time). If an issue is urgent, then it’s likely we already know and will resolve ASAP, otherwise you have the option to raise an urgent issue in your control panel. Please note however that abuse of this facility could result in additional charges.

We’d be sad to see you go, but we understand that requirements change and you may not need our services anymore. If this is the case, just raise a request and we’ll cancel your services straight away. Please note that refunds for part months are not available, so we’ll usually cancel your service just before your next renewal date.
